Things not detected by Spybot

BestOffersOptimizer (Adware)
Dyfuca.InternetOptimizer (Dialer)
EnBrowser (Adware,Driveby Download)

These were not detected by Spybot, but by Aluria Security Center. I there any way these could be added?
