Total Security virus

Total Security Windows block my access

Hello Ken,

Apparently, i have been unclear as to my problem....When i turn the laptop on and attempt to connect to the thread we have going here, Total Security windows block my access to the links you provided in the body of your fix recommendations. I have yet to download ComboFix. can you offer some assistance in this regard?

Hi,

What you may have to do is to go to a known clean computer, download exehelper and combofix and burn them to a CD and transfer them to the infected computer.

After you do that, run exehelper, if it wont run then rename it to explorer.exe

Then when you download combofix, make sure you rename it as per my previous instructions.
