Trojan horse Downloader.Generic2.JVP

okay hum i'm ahving a problem with my computer. i can't access to My Computer or My Documents or any of those things..i cant go on the net normally either. since yesterday cause of a trojan or virus or whatever
i deleted the file but it didnt make my computer work well again...

i really need help about this please
this is the file i found Trojan horse Downloader.Generic2.JVP
it was in my Common Files in a folder named {6050B833-0384-0606-020308000002}/service.dll


pelase help me!
