Trojan issues that I dont think Spybot is removing during scan.

That command window might be related to some update process.I havent seen the command box pop up again. That was the only time. I guess at times it runs slow then picks up, sometimes after reboot. I try to shut down my computer every night.
I did the update (Powerpoint View 2003 update) and rebooted, but I keep finding that yellow update icon at the bottom and it says the same thing is ready to be updated. I dont get why it keeps telling me it needs to be updated when I already did it.
Threatfire, what is it? I got an error box that Threatfire needed to close or wasnt responding and it asked me to send a log to Microsoft.
Also, when I shut down my computer a few boxes pop up and they close out programs. One is "Shell Icon Hidden Window" what is that and should I be concerned?
Other than these things Im not sure what else to do. I will run spybot again in the morning and I will also run Spyware Doctor and see what they come up with and send a copy or list of its findings.

Threatfire is part of Spyware Doctor. That shellwindow seems to be related to MusicMatch Jukebox software. No need to worry about it. However, if you want to get rid of it then fix O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MimBoot] C:\PROGRA~1\MUSICM~1\MUSICM~3\mimboot.exe entry with hjt.
Unfortunately, I can't say what you could do to make PowerPoint Viewer update notification disappear. Maybe try uninstall the update and then reboot. After reboot install the update if still offered on lower right.
