Trojan.Win32.Obfuscated.gx Help!!!!!!!!

I have a trojan on my computer I need help getting rid of. not the most computer savvy person so if you guys could get me out of this mess i'd greatly appreciate it. I get warnings on the trojan.Win32.Obfuscated.gx seems only to cause problems when Internet explorer is being used, not with Mozilla firefox.
