I am new to this forum and hope that someone can help. Several weeks ago I was scammed into opening up a Facebook video link and now have this trojan. I have tried removing it with Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool, LavaSoft Ad-Aware . This does not show up when I run scans under those just mentioned, but does show up on Microsoft Live One Call Scan. Any idea on how to remove this? Also, should I avoid accessing bank accounts and other precious information on my computer until this is erradicated? Thanks for your help.
