Trojan.zlob.gen

Hello all.Over last few days when I scan with Spybot I've come across this bug,Trojan.zlob.gen,when I click "fix this problem" then spybot says can't remove, to rescan after restart ect,Ive done it several times without success.anyone able to help me?Seems to have originated in Spytech spyware trial
