Trouble with spyboy and hijack please help

-Have virus telling me there is dangerous software and leads me to a download of their 'program'.
-In SAFE MODE:
1. Spybot won't run or fully uninstall so I can reinstall it. Gives message that windows cannot access it.
2. Hijack This won't run either. Gives same message as with spybot.
Please help!

Please save this file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
