Trouble with the fix option

Hi sorry for posting as i have done plenty of reading on this in the last day and half and i am still no better off now than what i was when i first started. I have ran the spy bot software and when i press fix it appears to have carried out a fix but nothing dissapears. If i run the scan the same items come back again as if they are re-installing thereselves somehow

Which version of Spybot-S&D are you running?
Do you have the latest updates installed?

Which items do you mean exactly?
What are they named?

Hi Sandra,

Version 1.52 i carried out the updates and everything seems fine it finds lots i have tried to attach a screen shot of what it found i press the button "fix" and then shutdown restatrt and do another scan and the problems all come back again.
