Trying to install spybot

Hi,

I am NOT a computer technician or anything fancy, so please don't talk mumbo jumbo because i won't understand you!

I am trying to install spybot s&d, but it keeps coming up and saying "the server name or address could not be resolved".

What does this mean, and more importantly, how do I fix it?!

Hello,

When exactly does this error message occur?
Did you already download the installation file spybotsd14.exe ? Or does the message occur when trying to download? If so, from which site are trying to download Spybot-S&D?
