Welcome to the forum, I see nothing in this HJT log to indicate a malware problem and you have provided no information. Did you look at this information and follow the directions here?
"BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.031\HijackThis.exe <<< you are running HJT from an unsafe TEMP folder and we will have no backups if needed for safety. I prefer you put it here: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need more instructions, use these:
http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial94.html

Complete the instructions in "BEFORE you POST" and post a new, properly positioned HJT log along with some information about what exactly your problem is. Use the "Post Reply" button to stay in this same topic.

Thanks
