Please turn "word wrap" under "Format" in Notepad off when you are posting logs. Formatted they are much harder to work with...thanks.

If "word wrap" is supposed to be unchecked, then it is. If it is supposed to have a check mark by it, then I apologize for misunderstanding what I was supposed to do. I'm sorry either way if it's difficult for you to read.

I was able to get a log for MWAV but it is extremely long, so I'm not sure if I should post it or do it as an attachment. I noticed that after doing the MWAV, it deleted my folder that hijackthis was in and some other files as well. I will re-download for hijackthis. Please let me know what you would like me to do next, and thank you for helping me through this.
 
I apologize, I will have to run MWAV on my computer to refresh my memory. Normally it will only do a scan and only the bottom pane shows items MWAV suggest are probably malware. Only during this trial period is it removing the bad stuff and there must be an opportunity for you to choose if you want the stuff removed or not? If you still have the log, look at the very bottom and post the information from that bottom pane for me to view if possible, if not do not be concerned. I am sorry it removed HJT, must have spotted it as a threat when it is surely not.

and I see nothing but the minor problem in Internet. Click the word and follow the directions to fix that issue. Complete any other instruction I posted above and let me know how it goes with Microsoft IE support. I will keep your topic open for a few days, keep me posted.

Not Updated In A While

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, my computer has completely crashed and I'm using one at school. I'm contacting some people to take a look to see what they can do. Thanks for your help at this point.
