unable to fix detected problem

get the following message -"some files couldn't be fixed. the reason could be that the associated files are still in use (in memory). this could be fixed at restart."
no other programs running. have restarted a half dozen times. each time spybot begins a scan and i end up with same message.
any help would be appreciated.. thanks.
 
What is Spybot detecting exactly? Can you post a log with the detections (right-click the results middle and save a log of the results)? Also, does Safe Mode help?

Hi kayak156,

Sounds like you are infected with Malware which can't be removed by Spybot-S&D. What you can do:

1)
Please report a log like drragostea told you. If safe mode doesn't help, you should do step 2) :)

2)
Please read the sticky thread "BEFORE you POST" from tashi and after that open a new thread in the Malware Removal Forum.

A security expert will help you to remove it.

after 2 to 3 scans the following problem is the only one that shows up;
Myway.mywebsearch
CSB1S0EEFZCAZ/PROGRAM DIRECTORY
C:\PROGRAMFILES\ASKTBAR\

?????????????
