Unable to follow "Spyaxe" advice

Hi,
I was happy to find your detailed instructions for getting rid of this pest.　But I am unable to get to the link to download the Panda scan to my desktop. I can get to that page, but the window that opens is too small to display the whole page and I can not move the page to find the required button to get to that link.

Is it possible to post here a direct link to that button, or a direct link to download the necessary file?
 
Sorry about the delay- I just tried to post the logs as requested but the Spybot report is way too long to post. I have included just the other logs for now pending further advice. Also- the Ewido save report function generated an "unknown error" report and did not work. I have put in a manual copy of the "view report" output instead.

The problem remains the same. I have no taskbar or icons and can work only in safemode after logging in as admin.

Post (or attach) a spybot report taken this way please.
Its large so you might need to post half in one reply half in another

Open SpyBot 1.4, check for and get any updates available, close all browsers, check for problems and fix everything found. Then on the toolbar menu select mode and switch to advanced mode, on the left lower down select tools,and view report, ensure all the options are select near the bottom except
Uncheck[ ] Include uninstall list in report.
Now select (near the top) view report, Press export, in the save in box choose a place such as your my documents folder, then in your next post near the bottom select the "manage attachments" button , navigate to and attach or post that report please.

What happens when you try to start the pc to a none safe mode session exactly ? errors ? if so quote them.

Can you download one of these tool's to another pc then get it to this one ?

Run mwav.exe which will start run mwavscan.com select all files, press scan when it is completed view log,
but here is the catch since the log is so large, we only need to see the lines with "action taken" in them.
It will only report but is very thurough. *Dont* post sections if they are in antimaleware backups,
Quarantine or Restore folders, or in C:\System Volume Information. or C:\_restore folders.
Also Edit out sections which "refer to invalid object" please, no need to post them.
*Note* If prompted that a Virus was found and you need to purchase the product to remove the malware,
just close out the prompt and let it continue scanning.

Click the sysclean.txt link to learn how to use it. Download the latest pattern file :

Unzip it to the Sysclean folder.
Boot to Safe Mode. Scan the system with Sysclean. It will take awhile but
it is very thorough. When it's done, close Sysclean. restart back to a normal session.

Hi again and thanks for your rapid responses- I can barely keep up with you!

As to your questions, Starting in normal mode- everything seems to progress as usual until the desktop comes up. The mouse works but that's it. No taskbar, no icons. If I try to start taskmanager I am refused with the message that it is not allowed by the admin.

I am able to access the net from the problem computer by starting in safemode + internet.

On line 51 over to the right get "Enable the Task Manager"

extract the reg file /rightclick on it and choose merge in the context menue, answer yes to the prompt.

If your able to get taskmanager working in normal mode try ending task on explorer then start it again using taskmanager and see if then the taskbar is available ?
