Unable to remove malware & Spyware

I am currently running Spybot S&D and Norton Antivirus With windows Firewall.
Norton hasnt picked up on the spyware & malware that spybot has. My problem is that Spybot is advising me that I cannot remove as I am not a administrator, this is untrue as I am the main administrator.

Please help, I know that I may need to remove 1 of the programs.

What is the operating system?

Also, please produce a short log showing the items flagged.

• Open SpyBot.
• Check for problems.
• When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
• Paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.
