Unable to view certain sites

As the header says, certain sites which i havent looked at for some time, wont open, i did however manage to get on there today but i messed with the settings in ie but since then i cant get back on - is ther help out ere ? Angel-Eyes

I can get onto the main page now but when i click a link to go to the forums nothing happens

How is IE messed up? Describe the version of IE. What is your OS?

If you are using IE7, have you attempted to use the RESET feature?
