Unknown Sounds, Slow, and Crashes

About 2 months ago is when they started. I had been looking for the cause and doing anti virus scans but did not find anything. That is when I contacted the forum. The thing is it is still reunning very slow even after I disabled those things you told me to. It almost took 5 minutes the other day for Microsoft Word to open. Thanks
 
So then it might be just time for reinstallation as windows gets slower by age.
