Never heard about Browserchoice, unless that's browserchoice.eu. It only lists some list of browsers (Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome, Safari, and their clones...), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BrowserChoice.eu. OneNote is a part of MS Office 2007.
