Please delete the copy of ComboFix.exe that you have and download an updated copy from on of the following links.

ComboFix.exe 1
ComboFix.exe 2
ComboFix.exe 3

Now drag the recovery console file onto the new ComboFix.exe as previously shown.
 
When I try and do it now , the program starts but then shortly after an application error pops up saying

" 'swreg.cfexe - Application Error'
The instruction at "0x7c9111de" referenced memory at "0x006b0068" . The memory could not be "read" . Click on OK to terminate the program "
 
Delete C:\ComboFix, and then double click ComboFix.exe on your desktop
