Vicious Pop-ups, Can't attach SpyBot report

How do I rid my computer of whatever is causing vicious pop-ups to attack?
I tried to attach my SpyBot report, but the text file was too large. And I cannot copy/paste it below because it is too long. What should I do? Can I select the important parts of the report that contain the information that would help to solve this pop-up problem? How?
