You don't know how much all of this helps. I am very grateful to you for all your help with my problem. I do believe my computer is clean and I've installed zonealarm as my firewall and AVG as my anti-virus, not to mention all the others (spyware blaster, spyguard etc). I've also gone ahead and taken the advice of the 23 things to make your computer faster. Again, thank you and hope I don't have to come back for any more problems. However I know this for a fact that if I have to I can rely on your guys' expertise to help me thru.:bigthumb:
