Virtumonde Help...

Hi, guys.
I have a very, very stubborn virus, Virtumonde.
I have been running Spybot S&D for about a week now, and it's detected every time, but it NEVER gets deleted! S&D isn't able to delete it!
I know there's other methods from reading, but well, I really have no clue going on.
Can someone please walk me through?

I don't have a log or something, I don't know how to get one. Any help with that, too?
