Well I think the problem was that my e-mail was full so I set it up so at a time period old e-mails would be deleted.Also is it okay if I deleted Superantispyware?
I would also like to add incase other people have the same problem that if you scroll down from send and receive theres a thing called SMTP(default),it works the same way as the receive button.Yet I still can't figure out why the receive button won't work....
Yes it's fine to delete Superantispyware, but Superantispyware is an excellent program to keep, because you can update it at any time & run a scan, just as you would spybot ...
