Virtumonde infection

Hello, I have got the Virtumonde trojan. I ran Spybot, rebooted as directed and ran it again. I was still getting messages that it was trying to run judopuje or something like that. I edited the registry myself and removed several entries related to judopuje and the file that was trying to call it, but it seemed like they came back. I Googled virtumonde and got to a thread on this forum that gave instructions for removal. I downloaded SDFix and tried to run it according to the directions, but it didn't seem to be running right (using no CPU and only 1940 memory). So now I am doing what I should have done in the first place :) and requesting help. Here is my Hijack This log:

This trojan is truly heinous. Can't these people be prosecuted?!!! Thank you in advance for your help.

We will begin with ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

* Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper
