Virtumonde-keeps coming back

i have tried to remove this in safe mode but it still seems to find its way back into my life....Wait, was that my ex? ok nevermind anyways is there a trick to getting rid of this thing....i have run spybot....in safe mode...offline..and reboot. no luck. any ideas?
