Virtumonde Malware Problem

I guess we're not out of the park yet. I ran a quick MBAM scan and it found the same file we've been trying to get rid of for the past couple of weeks. I also ran SpybotS&D and it found the same infected registry value as MBAM.

disable spybots tea timer first:

1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
6. Restart your computer.

I have a neighbor who is somewhat technologically illiterate and has a similar problem. They've asked me to come over and help them with it. If I were to post their system info to this forum, would it be better to start a new thread or to continue this one?
