Virtumonde removal has stumped me

I have been unsuccessful in removing this Malware. Please help!

It looks like I was able to remove it

It looks like there is about a 5 day wait for a volunteer to be able to help due to high volume of requests. I couldn't wait that long. It was either re-install or figure this out. I started reading the following thread in this forum:

If someone posts advice to others in their own topic as in, "this worked for me", it will be removed. Just so you know. ;)

"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

During this process the only internet browser that worked for me was Firefox. Both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome quit working. After the restart I had to go back in the the Tools>options in Internet Explorer and reset all my settings. Since then everything has worked great. If anything changes within the next couple of days I'll be back.
