Are you saying that Last Known Good worked and got you back into windows ?

If your computer is going to go belly up like that everytime you make a change there could be some serious windows issues going on.

after all the changes we made the past two 2 days tthe comp was booting fine prior to the java update and running OTC.

What I am asking is the computer booting up fine now or are you on another computer ???

If it is, why don't you just use it of about a week and post back and let me know if its still giving you problems and if so I can link you to a windows support site to look into it
