Virtumonde seems to be pretty popular

Virtumonde looks like a pretty nasty bug. I got it about a week ago and have tried several times to remove it with SB S&D. With and without internet connection and even in safe mode. The files that S&D pick up are:

Virtumonde (1 entry)
Virtumonde.generic (3 entries)
Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter_disabled (1 entry)

It picks these up everytime but sometimes the generic is 2 entires instead of 3.

Any help will be great.
