Hello,
Could be a bad monitor or video card, swap out the monitor for a known good one and see if it works, if still no go it may be a bad video card. Lots of things it could be, maybe even the power supply failing. Let me know how you make out and if your still having problems I can link you to some windows support sites that would be better able to run you through some checks,
