Since I do not use Outlook and never have, make sure nothing is hidden:

Microsoft\ <<< I can only get to here
Outlook\
Outlook.pst Mail <<< should be here

Since I have no Outlook folder.

I can get to the Outlook.pst file but can not drill down past that. I'll do some more reading on this and see if I can't figure it out.
