Is there anyway to restore the system tray icons that vanished in the process of deleting vundo? I am missing my battery monitor icon, and wireless internet connection monitor.

Is there a way to load and use kaspersky onto my pc from another pc so that i can avoid opening an internet connection on the potentially infected pc?

Not that I know of, just update your resident antivirus program and run a complete system scan. Let me know if McAfee finds anything.
