virus alert! and somthing else..

some how a program called virus alert! ended up on my computer that i did not install and every since that ive had spyware ive removed it but now i have this annyoing yellow triangel that pops up and tells me to buy some junk to get rid of it..

and i also deleted some good files with hijackthis... by axident (i can fix that myself)

does anyone know how to get rid of the "yellow triangel that pops up"
and glitches out my computer for a few seconds ?
