Virus Alert Icon Wont Go Away!

I tried to do the things according to this post: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=3712 but it does not find the file that needs to be deleted, I also check my task manager, and there are no processes that are mentioned in the previous forum post... I click on the thing and it takes me to download Spyware Quake. I am sure I dont have that anymore and its removed, but I cant seem to get rid of that icon!
