Virus' driving me crazy!

Wouldn't you figure it... My hard drive ate it about three weeks ago and I switched computers, just to have it get infected... ugh, mind you, I have Computer Associates anti-virus program. It keeps telling me that I have these virus' in my system...

win32/ZQuest.E
win32/Vundo!generic
win32/VMalum.AOM

I've tried multiple things to get rid of them but they just keep coming back. I figured it's locked its way into the registry, I just don't know how to go about removing them. I've tried doing what other posts have said however without the same success. I greatly appreciate any help in this matter!
