Virus malware

I'm new to this,but will try I have a malware virus the did pop up a lot but have try'd a few adware removers, but not get rid of the file it created the fill name is NEWDOTME. I have a Avg Anti-virus it finds things and get rid of them Q but its this file I know because it shows on all of the the scans, and now the pop ups are invisable it say in the A-V box any help.
