Vista, Opera, and Spybot have a little cookie trouble

Nothing seems to be happening over there. Is this really being addressed?

I'll take the total lack of response as a no.

This is rather pitiful. How complicated can this matter possibly be? Do you need help troubleshooting the issue?

I am running three Windows machines with this problem. I have seen many others. This is being completely ignored? The greatest value Spybot offers is its immunization and currently it's broken.

I used to have this problem. 43 Opera cookies refused to immunize.

SpyBot latest version doesn't immunize winantispyware2008.com cookie,it always comes back after immunisation.

Furthermore it deletes cookies that are not from harmfull sites.
Is this fixed in the latest beta,or should i wait for the final version.

Opera 9.62
SpyBot 1.6.0.31
Windows XP Pro SP3

Opera 9.62

Latest update (17-12-2008) fixed small problem with winantispyware2008 cookie.
But it still does remove cookies that comes from not harmfull sites.

Opera 9.63
SpyBot 1.6.0.31

Solved (well enough anyway)

I was able to get rid of this issue by using Revo Uninstaller to completely remove all traces of Opera and Spybot and then re-installing them both (latest versions--Opera and then Spybot).

Revo Uninstaller is a good tool, in case anyone is interested in adding to their toolbox.
