I would like a look at your Uninstall list:
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

Hackers use the old versions to infect you, delete them in Add Remove programs and keep your Java up to date.

As far as I can see that is the only issues, but check to make sure you know all programs.

Since you did not mention the file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\iifgggh.dll
I will assume it is gone.
