Vundo help PLEASE!

I am infected with Vundo. I have tried:

Spybot S&D
VundoFix
XoftSpy
Downloaded new AntiVirus
Vundobegone
...
To no avail.

I have run HiJackThis and I am at ropes end!

Please help me get rid of this nasty virus.
