As for memory, do I have to buy memory? Or would deleting and unistalling alot of stuff help?

You need to buy more RAM memory. Among that it's recommended to free up some hard drive space too. You seem to have currently a bit over 4GB free of 55.89 GiB total.

Another question; my computer used to say every now and again that my computer has unrecognized system file versions. Does this mean I have to replace them? Is there a site/program for this? Or should I just use my Windows XP disk?
