Weird windows

Why can't I see the buttons ? I know that the left button is accept changes, and the right one is to deny changes, but I was wondering why the window shows up like that, and if I could do something about it.

I see that there's 3 patches. Is the one better than the others, or they're all the same ?

Well, too late to edit the post again. I tried the method with "Ressource hacker", and it worked, so there's no more needs for this post.
