What is roiwzj.exe?

I've tried to find out what this executable does. Even a google turns up absolutely nothing. The file is in my system32 folder and has a registry Run instruction on startup. Sometimes the process consumes so much CPU that my system bogs down and I end up just killing the process. No detrimental effect but I'd like to know what this does, why it's such a hog and whether I really need it.
