what is this error message

Hi there ,yesterday I was doing a scan and about three quarters of the way I received this error message: There were problems in the include file C:\Program Files\Spybot-Search_Destroy\Includes\Trojans.sbi.See 'Include errors.log' for details.

Can somebody please explain what is going on here.This sounds too frightening for me.If this a problem and I have to do anything to resolve it,would you care to post detailed instructions,as I'm not well versed in computers.Thank you.
 
how to get upgrade

How do I get this upgrade 1.5.2 ? Do I have to first uninstall the version I have now and and then download the newer version?
 
Uninstall your current version (Follow the infomation here) and download a fresh copy from here un-tick the "Download updates now" option (to prevent any install problems) and after the install is complete download the updates using the intergrated updater and then Immunize.
