What is this?

Hello,
I have run a spybot chect and have one result - in red -

Win.32.RAdmin, - when clicking on it the following comes uo-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\RAdmin

I am not sure what procedure to carry out. As it is in System 32 and, being a little ignorant about matters 'inside' the computer, am not sure if I should delete/remove it, or what.
I have now closed down spybot without taking a decision.
If anybody has any advice, I would be grateful to know what I should do about whatever this is!

RAdmin, see: http://www.radmin.com

• Open SpyBot.
• Check for problems.
• When finished, right click and choose "copy results" (not the full report) to clipboard and post that into topic.
