Why Administrator error limitation on immunization

I have Win7 (Home Premium 32 bit). Since installing SB every time I go to immunise I get an error message stating that I am not an administrator (I AM!!! and have checked and of course I AM!) and that a full immunisation cannot be achieved. How do I get around this please?
