Win10 issues

Just installed Spybot v2.4. Got this error

Uninstalled and reinstalled OK but when I run I can not scan. It appears I have to Update first maybe? But Update starts and then goes on for HOURS! I gave up and tried again. It still takes forever and hasn't finished by the end of the evening! This can't be right.

I just updated my computer to windows 10 but in doing so lost my paid-for edition of Spybot. How do I get my license back without having to purchase it again? I used the post windows 10 re-install but only got the free editon put back on my computer!

Spybot don't seem to read this forum unfortunately. Any other way to report issues??

The png shows that elevated permissions are required.

If you mean administrator rights are needed to start the program why doesn't the error message say so in plain English? Anyway I can't be bothered sorting it out so have uninstalled it. Sorry.
