Hi - I'm new to this so please be kind if this is a stupid question. I'm running Windows 7 and have Spybot Home edition 2.4.
When I run the full scan (which takes an hour and a half) it finds the worst malware is Win32.2UrFace.bho. So I click on the
fix all button (all the items are checked) and it looks as though everything is sorted. Except that when I scan again it's still there.
Do I have to do something else ?
