Win32/Rootkit.Agent.ODG trojan!!HELP

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and my PC is affected by

Operating memory - Win32/Rootkit.Agent.ODG trojan - unable to clean!

how do i remove, it has corrupted my drives and I can open only 1 out of 4 partitions of my HDD!!
