Having run a Search & Destroy on my PC, I have been flagged up with the following 'Trojan' :

Win32.Small.ddx

Description
The .dll file connects to the Internet in background and installs files into the system32 directory which also runs in background. These files interact regularly with several websites.

Is it safe to Immunize or is it a necessary file to run the PC?
