win32.tdss.rtk

Spybot S&D cannot get rid of mywebsearch or win32.tdss.rtk from my system. It says has removed the win32.tdss.rtk but every time I run another scan it is there again.

For the mywebsearch, it appears that it is always in use and cannot be removed.

What are my next steps?
